DP Ruto heads back to Baringo after his rally was disrupted by gunshots

Deputy President William Ruto's meeting is set to go back to Baringo after his rally was disrupted with gun shot sounds on Friday,

A chief attempting to recover livestock was also shot dead near the location of Ruto's meeting Deputy President William Ruto is set to visit Baringo County again just days after his meeting was disrupted by gunshots.


Ruto is scheduled to visit Kerio Valley on Monday, February 27 to unveil additional 240 police reservists. "We have agreed with the Inspector General that by Monday, we will have 240 National Police Reservists in this area," Ruto said.
