Comedian Sleepy David Strongly Refutes Claims That He Is The Father To Awinja’s Baby
Jacky Vike popularly known by stage name, Awinja from local comedy show, Papa Shirandula, caught everyone by surprise when she broke the news that she was pregnant.
Immediately the actress announced that she was pregnant, speculation ran high as to who the baby’s father was, as many concluded it was Churchill comedian Sleepy David.
The heavy speculation even forced Sleepy to pull down his congratulatory post towards Awinja.
A few months ago the two were rumored to be dating following their public display of affection but later came out to dispell the rumors stating they were just friends. Speaking to Ghafla, Sleepy refuted claims that he is responsible for Awinja’s pregnancy.
In an interview with Pulse, Awinja revealed that she has been in a serious relation of 5 years with her baby’s father who prefers to be left out of the limelight.
“I am not about to introduce my man to the media as we have an arrangement that our private life should just be left like that.
But I can tell you that we have been having a good relationship, complete with the ups and downs that face every couple. At some time we even separated and I got hooked to someone else but as fate would have it, love brought us back together,” said the actress in the interview.
