Mbadi refused to recognise President Uhuru Kenyatta's legitimacy in office
Muturi asked him to retract his statement but Mbadi refused and was thrown out as he protested John Mbadi, the Suba Member of Parliament and ODM's National Chairman, was thrown out of Parliament for disrespecting President Uhuru Kenyatta.
Parliament was in session on Thursday, December 14, when Mbadi told the House that there is no president in Kenya. The two engaged in a shout down for the better part of two minutes... Mbadi: ...there is no president in this country. Speaker: Hon Mbadi l hereby order you to withdraw from that statement or l order you to get out of the Chamber
Mbadi: I would rather get out of the chamber than withdraw that statement.
