Details of crucial meeting by ODM that could deal a major blow to Kalonzo

ODM camp held a crucial meeting on Thursday, March 16 after demands by NASA co-principal Kalonzo Musyoka



Wiper party issued fresh demands that it wants considered in the picking of the alliance's presidential candidate


 NASA is yet to pick a presidential candidate to face off with Jubilee's Uhuru Kenyatta in August polls Orange Democratic movement (ODM) is planning a move on it's own following the demands by the Wiper Party over the choice of the National Super Alliance (NASA)'s flag-bearer.


 Kalonzo Musyoka has continued to maintain that he is the most suitable candidate to get the ticket to face off with President Uhuru Kenyatta.


 amidst the demands by his party. Wiper has maintained that the MoU Kalonzo signed with ODM's Raila Odinga prior to the 2013 election should be considered despite ODM saying the MoU is null and void.


Reports indicate that a section of ODM Mps are planning to push for Raila Odinga's exit from NASA and vie for president on ODM's ticket.


 A meeting held on Thursday, March 16 discussed the tough positions held by NASA's co-principals which is deemed disrespectful.


 Reports from the meeting indicate that the MPs want Raila to pick a running mate within the party and rally deputy part leader Hassan Joho to kick off massive campaigns in the country.


 Amani leader Musalia Mudavadi dismissed claims NASA will disintegrate saying it is a people’s movement and cannot be shaken by the exit of any individual.


 The three co-principals Musyoka, Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetangula will tour the country before Raila Odinga returns from the US.
